Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. She is similar with The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009 and after gaining some recognition on the forums (under the name of her former handle Obscurus Lupa) she joined the ranks of the Channel Awesome family. The website remained online until the early days of the year 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents retooled to Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts cover the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
